Man Shot Dead While Inside His Vehicle
On April 16, 2023, at around 10:45 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 11000 block of Amanda Lane.
The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found Darwin Givans, 31, shot inside a vehicle.
Dallas Fire Rescue responded and the man died at the scene.
The investigation determined two suspects approached the victim and shot him as he sat in his vehicle. The suspects are described as black males, who then got into a newer model black sedan with stock rims, dark tint, and a Texas license plate, driven by another black male.
The investigation is ongoing and is documented under case number 0064533-2023.
