Man Dead in Shooting at Merrifield Ave Home in Dallas
On Wednesday, May 3, 2023, Dallas Police officers responded to a shooting call in the 3200 block of Merrifield Avenue. The preliminary investigation determined that 31-year-old Xavion Jones was taken to a local hospital with gunshot wounds by private vehicle. Jones died from his injuries.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing and will be documented on case number 350106-2023.
