Man Arrested in Spring for DWI and Cocaine Possession

On December 10, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a call regarding a suspected drunk driver in the 100 block of Cypresswood Drive in Spring, Texas. The driver, identified as 35-year-old Jose Saez, was located and subjected to Standardized Field Sobriety tests, which confirmed signs of intoxication.

Upon further investigation, deputies discovered 0.46 grams of cocaine during the inventory of Saez’s property. Consequently, Saez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. He faces charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving While Intoxicated.
