Man Arrested for Violating Protective Order in The Woodlands

On May 24, 2024, at approximately 3:54 pm, Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jason Spencer, 51, for violating an order of emergency protection. Deputies were dispatched to a protected address in The Woodlands after receiving a call that Spencer was at the residence, directly violating a protection order issued by the 263rd District Court of Harris County.

Upon their arrival, deputies found Spencer seated in his car in front of the protected residence. After verifying the protection order, they detained and subsequently arrested Spencer for the violation. He was then transported to the Montgomery County Jail for booking.
