Major Drug and Theft Bust in Harris County: Two Arrested, Stolen Vehicles Recovered

Harris County Constable Garcia’s Special Operations Units, along with support from the Houston Police Department Auto Theft and Precinct 8 Constable’s Office, executed a search warrant on a residence near the Clinton Park area on Thursday, March 7th, 2024. Two individuals have been apprehended and charged with felony offenses following the operation.

The search yielded significant results, with law enforcement recovering four stolen vehicles, a stolen Polaris all-terrain vehicle, and a stolen trailer, amounting to an estimated value of $200,000. Additionally, illegal weapons including handguns and rifles were seized, alongside narcotics in the form of counterfeit Adderall and marijuana.

Alberto Tovar, aged 31, faces charges of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Felony Theft. Brittany Garza, aged 29, has been charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver.
