Houston Police Seek Three Persons of Interest in Fatal Shooting at Gas Station

Police are seeking the public’s help in locating three persons of interest wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a 33-year-old man at 4500 Pershing Street on February 3.
Demetrius Jackson, 19, and a 15-year-old juvenile male have been identified as persons of interest. Authorities are also searching for a third male, described only as a Black male in his late teens or 20s. Photos of Jackson and the unidentified individual have been released.
The victim, Adam Broomfield, 33, was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound in the parking lot of a gas station at 7401 Cullen Boulevard around 9:45 p.m. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported him to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Investigators determined Broomfield was shot in the 4500 block of Pershing Street before being found at the gas station. The suspect or suspects were seen in a silver Dodge Ram pickup truck with Minnesota license plates LBD-112.
Initially, four individuals were identified as persons of interest, but a Black female who was among them is no longer being sought.
