Houston Police Release Surveillance Video of Three Persons of Interest in Fatal Shooting Investigation
HOUSTON, Texas – Houston police have released surveillance video of three men they want to question as part of an ongoing homicide investigation into the fatal shooting of a 37-year-old man in northeast Houston.
The Houston Police Department emphasized that the three individuals are persons of interest only and are not considered suspects at this time.

The investigation stems from a shooting that occurred at approximately 8:45 p.m. on April 22 in the 4200 block of Laura Koppe Road in the Trinity/Houston Gardens area.
According to HPD Homicide Division Sgt. M. Holbrook and Detectives A. Hernandez and R. Waterwall, patrol officers responded to reports of a shooting and found 37-year-old Floydrick Lee Washington suffering from at least one gunshot wound inside a vehicle.
Washington was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
As detectives continued investigating the homicide, they obtained surveillance video showing three unidentified men at an apartment complex located at 6767 Bennington shortly before the shooting.
Investigators are seeking to identify and speak with the three men as they continue working to determine the circumstances surrounding Washington’s death.
