Houston Police Investigate Fatal Shooting on Cullen Boulevard

Houston police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Wednesday morning at 6802 Cullen Boulevard in Greater Ost/South Union around 4:20 a.m.

The victim, a 34-year-old man, was found unresponsive in the parking lot of a convenience store at the mentioned address. He had sustained an apparent gunshot wound. Despite efforts by paramedics to transport him to a nearby hospital, the victim was pronounced deceased by doctors.

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

At present, authorities have not determined a motive for the shooting, nor have they identified any suspects.
