Houston Police Investigate Fatal Shooting at Villa Madrid Apartments

The Houston Police Department is currently investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at 10202 Club Creek Drive around 5 a.m. on Sunday, December 3.

Officers responded to a shooting call at Villa Madrid Apartments, located in West Houston near Chinatown. Upon arrival, they discovered a 57-year-old man in a bedroom who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. Preliminary information suggests that the shooting took place during an argument between the victim and a suspect known to him. The suspect fled the scene before police arrived.
