Houston Police Investigate Fatal Shooting at Club Creek Drive Apartment Complex

Authorities are actively investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at 9950 Club Creek Drive around 6 p.m. on Sunday, November 12. The Houston Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at the apartment complex, where they discovered a male victim lying in the parking lot.

The identity of the victim is currently pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. Upon arrival, HPD patrol officers found the victim with a gunshot wound, and Houston Fire Department paramedics, upon examination, pronounced him deceased at the scene.

Preliminary investigations and evidence gathered from the scene reveal that a red, four-door sedan, exhibiting a defect on the left side of the rear bumper, entered the complex approximately at 5:30 p.m. The vehicle proceeded through the parking lot, coming to a brief stop. Subsequently, an unidentified male exited the sedan from the passenger side and forcibly moved the victim from the back seat onto the parking lot.

Following this grim incident, the red sedan departed from the apartment complex in an unknown direction.
