Houston Motorcyclist Dead After Crash Propelled Him Over Bridge Overpass on US Highway 90
Houston police are currently conducting an investigation into a fatal crash that occurred on Sunday, October 15, at approximately 10:40 a.m. The incident took place at 11900 U.S. Highway 90.
The male victim, aged 33, has not been officially identified yet, pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. The victim was riding an orange Suzuki GSXR motorcycle when the tragic incident unfolded. It is believed that he may have been struck by another vehicle, which led to him losing control of the motorcycle and subsequently crashing.
The crash resulted in the victim being propelled over a bridge overpass, eventually landing in the 300 block of North Holmes Road. Emergency paramedics were alerted to the scene, but upon their arrival, they pronounced the victim deceased.
As of now, there is no available description of the possible striking vehicle involved in the incident. The investigation into the circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
