Homeless Man Arrested at Crosby Gas Station for Harassment, Active Warrant
Christopher Thompson

Evening Shift Deputies from Precinct 3 Constable Sherman Eagleton’s Office swiftly responded to a local gas station following a report of a suspicious person in the 14200 block of FM 2100 in Crosby, Texas. The caller informed authorities that a male individual was inside the establishment, allegedly harassing customers and refusing to leave despite repeated requests.

Upon arriving at the scene, deputies engaged with the individual, later identified as Christopher Thompson, using a portable Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) device.

Thompson, who is homeless and known to frequent the area, has been observed by residents walking into traffic and engaging in self-conversations as he roams along FM 2100.

Further investigation revealed an active Harris County warrant for “criminal trespass” against Thompson. Consequently, he was taken into custody by deputies and subsequently transported to the County Jail. Authorities have indicated that Thompson will undergo a mental evaluation during his time in custody.
