Holiday Patrol Initiative Leads to Arrest of Four Individuals with Stolen Vehicle, Guns, and Drugs

On December 30, 2023, during the Holiday Patrol Initiative, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office observed a recently stolen vehicle in the 16000 block of the North Freeway. Subsequently, a traffic stop was conducted, leading to the detention of four individuals: Kendrick Joseph, Desmond Pacheco, Delvion Raleigh, and Bernadette Kanneh.

Upon further investigation, the suspects were found to be in possession of multiple stolen firearms, 3.86 grams of cocaine, Xanax, anabolic steroids, and over 2 ounces of marijuana. Additionally, instruments believed to have been used in the theft of the vehicle were discovered.

The four individuals were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. 28-year-old Kendrick Joseph faces charges of auto theft, possession of a controlled substance, and felon in possession of a firearm, with a total bond set at $15,000.00. 25-year-old Desmond Robert Pacheco was charged with auto theft and received a $5,000.00 bond, while also being out on a $100.00 bond for unlawful carry of a weapon. 23-year-old Delvion Raleigh was found to have an open misdemeanor theft warrant, and 20-year-old Bernadette Kanneh had an open felony aggravated assault warrant.
