Harris County Woman Arrested for DWI and Assault on Public Servant

On January 19, 2024, deputies from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a call in the 15500 block of Kuykendahl Road near Bammel regarding a possible intoxicated driver. The call came from an eyewitness who was following the erratic driver.

Upon arriving at the scene, Constable Deputies successfully located the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, identified as 32-year-old Eryn Wilson, exhibited multiple signs of intoxication and declined to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Subsequently, Constable Deputies obtained a warrant for a blood specimen.

Further investigation revealed that Wilson had two open warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody and transported to the Harris County Jail.

During her time at the jail, Wilson assaulted a medical technician by punching them across the chest, causing pain.

Wilson now faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Harassment of a Public Servant, in addition to the two existing warrants for her arrest. As of now, her bond and court information have not been set.
