Harris County Man Arrested After Burglary, Foot Chase, and Firearm Incident
Noah Scott

In a recent incident, deputies responded to a burglary report at a local business where a dirt bike and other items were stolen during the night. The business owner provided video evidence, positively identifying the suspect as Noah Scott.

Upon arriving at Scott’s residence, deputies discovered him in the process of stripping the stolen dirt bike. Scott attempted to evade arrest by fleeing on foot, prompting deputies to establish a perimeter with the assistance of nearby law enforcement.

During the pursuit, Scott discharged a firearm in the direction of law enforcement, narrowly missing. K-9 deputies were called in to aid in locating Scott, who was eventually found hiding under an RV. Despite attempting to escape through thick brush and jumping a fence, Scott was apprehended without further incident.

Noah Scott now faces multiple charges, including “theft,” “evading with priors,” “felon in possession of a firearm,” “theft of a business,” and “aggravated assault with a firearm.” It was revealed that Scott was already on a PR bond for charges such as “terroristic threat,” “criminal mischief,” “theft,” and “possession of a controlled substance.”
