Deputies Apprehend Suspicious Male Watching a Home in Northwest Houston

On December 7, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious male in the 10800 block of Harvest Sun Drive in northwest Houston. The individual was observed casing vehicles and a home in the area.

Upon arrival, deputies successfully located the male, later identified as 37-year-old Elon Hosten. However, Hosten attempted to evade law enforcement on foot, prompting a brief pursuit. The deputies managed to apprehend him without further incident.

Elon Hosten was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Evading Arrest. His bond has been set at $500.00 out of County Court 7.
