Harris County Deputies Rescue Toddler Left Alone for Hours, Mother Arrested
On November 7, 2025, Harris County deputies responded to a welfare check at a residence in the 13600 block of Perry Road and found a toddler wandering outside alone for several hours.
Deputy Palacios and her K9 partner, Hades, conducted a thorough search of the surrounding area to locate the child’s guardian. The child’s mother, 34-year-old Endea Green, was found and taken into custody.
Green was booked into Harris County Jail on a charge of child endangerment, with bond set at $7,500 by the 338th District Court.
Constable Mark Herman praised the deputies’ actions, noting that the child was safely reunited with authorities and removed from a dangerous situation.
