Harris County Deputies Arrest Man for Trespassing at Mother’s Residence

Harris County Constable Pct. 3 – Constable Sherman Eagleton Evening Shift Deputies responded to a call regarding a trespasser at a residence on the 11900 block of Island Song Dr. in northeast Houston.

Upon arrival, deputies were informed by the complainant that her brother, Nathan Blanco, was inside their mother’s house. The complainant revealed that Blanco had a history of violence towards their mother, including a previous arrest in May of 2023 for assaulting her.

Blanco had been issued a criminal trespass warning after the previous incident, prohibiting him from returning to his mother’s residence. Despite this, he was found inside the property.

Taking into account Blanco’s history of violence and property destruction towards his mother, deputies arrested him for criminal trespass. He was subsequently transported to the Harris County Jail and booked on the charges.
