Habitual Child Predator Sentenced to 40 Years in Prison in Montgomery County

In March 2023, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office made the arrest of 23-year-old Gabriel Anthony Gonzalez for Sexual Assault of a Child. The public’s assistance was also sought to identify additional victims who had been contacted online by Gonzalez. Throughout the comprehensive investigation, detectives uncovered multiple victims linked to Gonzalez. Gonzalez had contacted underage female teenagers through various social media apps: Skype, Discord, CashApp, Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook.

On August 9, 2024, Gonzalez pled guilty to two counts of Sexual Assault of a Child and received a sentence of two consecutive 20-year terms in prison.
