Galveston County Fugitive Arrested on Human Trafficking Charges Involving Minors

GALVESTON COUNTY, TX – The Galveston County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Apprehension Division, in collaboration with the Texas Department of Public Safety, has arrested Larry Zavon Hill, 26, on multiple active felony warrants.

The arrest was made on July 31, 2025. Hill is facing serious charges, including:

  • Promote Prostitution Person under the age of 18 ($250,000 bond)
  • Traffic Child/Disable Indv Engage Cndct/Sex/Ben ($250,000 bond)
  • Compelling Prostitution Under the age of 18 ($250,000 bond)
  • Trafficking a Person for Labor Servitude (Felony Georgia, bond denied)
  • Possession of Marijuana (Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, $20,000 bond)

The collaboration between the two agencies led to Hill’s apprehension and booking into jail.
