Friendswood Police Investigate Aggravated Robbery at Vape City

he Friendswood Police Department is currently investigating an Aggravated Robbery that occurred at Vape City, located at 1542 Sunset Drive.

On January 1, 2024, at around 9:07 PM, two individuals wearing all black clothing and ski masks entered the store, brandishing firearms. The suspects demanded money from the clerk at gunpoint. Subsequently, the perpetrators proceeded to vandalize display cases before making their escape on foot.

Surveillance footage reveals that the armed suspects spent approximately two minutes inside the store before fleeing towards the adjacent nursing home. Along their escape route, the suspects left behind a trail of stolen vape items.
