Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Fresno Homicide; Seeking Blue Volkswagen Jetta

The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office (FBCSO) is actively investigating a homicide that occurred on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 3503 FM 521 in Fresno, Texas.

At approximately 11:30 PM, FBCSO deputies were dispatched to a shooting and located 31-year-old Benjamin Flores with multiple gunshot injuries. Flores was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Surveillance video captured the suspect vehicle, described as a blue 2011 Volkswagen Jetta. The vehicle appears to have a Texas license plate with a Marine Corps Veteran’s Emblem on the left side. The FBCSO is seeking the public’s assistance in locating this vehicle.
