The adult suspects, identified as 19-year-old Christian Brizuela and 17-year-old Hanich Ramirez, have both been charged with capital murder in the 262nd Criminal District Court. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

A second male victim, 19, was located inside a nearby residence with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Following an extensive investigation, detectives identified Brizuela, Ramirez, and three juvenile suspects as being involved in the shooting. After consulting with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, charges were filed, and all five were taken into custody for their roles in the crime.
