Felon Arrested in Harris County for Suspected Bank Jugging, Found with Burglary Tools
On June 7, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office Special Operations Unit conducted a traffic stop in the 10200 block of Veterans Memorial Drive, leading to the arrest of a suspected “bank jugging” burglar.
Deputies identified the driver as 44-year-old Chikei Williams, a convicted felon. During the stop, Williams was found in possession of a ski mask and a window punch, an instrument commonly used for breaking windows.
“Chikei Williams was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Burglary of Motor Vehicle and Possession of Unlawful Use of Criminal Instrument,” Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office stated. His bond has been set at $200.00 out of County Court 8.
