Fatal Shooting in Cleveland, Texas Under Investigation; One Dead, One Injured

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating a shooting that occurred on Friday night in the 4000 block of Angus Court in Cleveland, Texas, leaving one man dead and a woman injured.

Deputies responded to the scene at approximately 8:20 p.m. on April 4, 2025, and discovered a 19-year-old male who had been shot and was deceased. A 19-year-old female was also found with gunshot wounds and was transported to a local hospital. Her condition is currently unknown.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit, along with Crime Scene Investigators and the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, are actively investigating the incident. They are currently interviewing witnesses to gather information.

At this time, no suspect information has been released.
