Driver Charged with DWI After Three-Vehicle Crash in North Houston

A driver has been arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) following a three-vehicle crash that occurred on the North Freeway Service Road this past Saturday.

On June 22, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the scene of a major crash in the 20500 block of the North Freeway Service Road. Upon their arrival, the driver responsible for the collision was identified as 22-year-old Alexisis Lopez.

Deputies observed multiple signs of intoxication from Lopez. A series of Field Sobriety Tests were conducted, which led deputies to determine that he was indeed intoxicated.

“Alexisis Lopez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated,” said Constable Mark Herman’s Office. His bond has been set at $100.00 out of County Court 6.
