Driver Arrested for DWI Following Cypress Road Crash

On December 14, 2023, a deputy from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a motor vehicle crash in the 14700 block of Mueschke Road, Cypress, TX. The at-fault driver, identified as 60-year-old Robert Nelson, displayed multiple signs of intoxication upon the deputies’ arrival.

Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, revealing that Nelson was intoxicated. Subsequently, he was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Driving While Intoxicated.
