Constable’s Deputies Arrest 16-Year-Old for Drug Possession
On December 14, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 21300 block of Amesbury Meadow Lane in Spring, Texas. Upon arrival, deputies identified the driver as a 16-year-old juvenile male.
Upon further investigation, law enforcement discovered that the juvenile was in possession of 1.4 grams of Xanax and Marijuana. Subsequently, the young individual was arrested and later booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center. He now faces charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
