Deputies Arrest 62-year-old Man on Child Porn Charges in West Harris County

On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, the Harris County Pct. 1 Constable’s Office, Office of Constable Alan Rosen, executed a residential search warrant in the 17000 block of S White Tail Ct. in West Harris County.

The search warrant was related to a proactive online investigation conducted by the Harris County Pct. 1 Constable’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Unit regarding the offense of Possession of Child Pornography. During the on-scene investigation, Child Pornography was located on a computer within the residence.

The resident, Jorge Silvestre Martinez, age 62, was arrested and charged with Possession of Child Pornography, 1st Degree Felony, and booked into the Harris County Jail. No bond has been set at this time. Numerous devices were seized from the residence and will be forensically examined, at which time Martinez could face additional charges.
