Deputies Apprehend Suspect with Open Warrant in High-Crime Area
On Wednesday, December 20, 2023, Harris County Constable Precinct 2 deputies conducted active patrols at the intersection of John Ralston Rd. and East Freeway. This location, associated with a high level of criminal activity, has raised concerns among citizens in the Songwood subdivision.
During their patrol, deputies observed a male engaging in solicitation from a public roadway. Upon making contact with the individual, he voluntarily disclosed that he had an open warrant for trespassing. Deputies proceeded to detain the male, and upon further investigation, it was confirmed that the individual, identified as Johnny Max Horn, indeed had an active warrant.
Harris County authorities were contacted and subsequently confirmed the warrant. Without any incident, Johnny Max Horn was transported to Harris County Jail by the deputies for processing.
