Conroe Police Arrest Suspect Hours After Store Clerk Sexual Assault

The Conroe Police Department has swiftly arrested 22-year-old Logan Michael Parker following a sexual assault reported at the Circle K store in the 5600 block of W. Davis early Thursday morning, April 10, 2025.
Officers responded to the call around 1:30 a.m. and met with the traumatized 23-year-old female store clerk who reported being sexually assaulted inside the store. Patrol officers immediately ensured the victim received medical attention and began their investigation by securing the scene, collecting evidence, and reviewing security footage.
Utilizing intelligence-based policing strategies, patrol officers quickly identified a potential suspect and suspect vehicle. Within hours, they located the vehicle at 1420 N. Loop 336 W and detained Parker.
Parker was transported to the Conroe Police station, where he was interviewed by detectives. He was subsequently arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault.
Conroe Police Chief Buckholtz commended the officers for their rapid and effective work, highlighting their use of intelligence-based policing in apprehending the violent offender. He also thanked the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department and the Real Time Crime Center for their assistance in the case. The investigation is currently ongoing.
