Capital Murder Suspect Arrested in Midland County Operation

In a joint operation on Friday, January 26, 2024, the Midland County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Division, along with the Midland County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, collaborated with various local, state, and federal agencies to apprehend 26-year-old Darvari Lamont Murry. The arrest was made in connection with a Capital Murder case reported by the Midland Police Department.

Darvari Lamont Murry, the sought-after suspect, was successfully located and taken into custody by law enforcement personnel. Following the arrest, Murry was booked into the Midland County Central Detention facility. His charges relate to the Capital Murder warrant issued by the Midland Police Department.

Murry’s bond has been set at $1,500,000, and he currently remains in Midland County Central Detention awaiting further legal proceedings.
