Arrest Made in Ross Ave Homicide
Dallas Police have charged Donald Moore, 24, with Murder for the April 5, 2023, homicide in the 1000 block of Ross Avenue.
Moore was located and taken into custody by US Marshals, and taken to the Dallas County Jail.

On April 5, 2023, at approximately 5:40 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call in the 1000 block of Ross Avenue. DART Officers arrived first at the scene and found two adult male victims with gunshot wounds.
The preliminary investigation determined an unknown suspect shot both victims and left the location. One victim, identified as 17-year-old Omarian Jamal Frazier, died at the location. The second victim was transported to a local hospital and remains in critical condition. This ongoing investigation will be documented under case number 057568-2023.
