Arrest Made in Harris County: Man with Felony Warrant Charged for Terroristic Threat

On December 12, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office swiftly responded to a terroristic threat reported in the 16200 block of Charter Rock Drive. The suspect, identified as 32-year-old Melvin Ware, was found on the premises and subsequently arrested.

Ware, who had an existing open warrant for Felony Assault Impeding Breath, became the subject of a more extensive investigation when it was discovered that he had threatened to kill the complainant.

Following the inquiry, Melvin Ware was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail. He faces charges related to the existing Felony Warrant and the newly added charge of Terroristic Threat.

The total bond for Ware has been set at $25,000.00, with the case assigned to the 228th District Court and County Court 10.
