Aggravated Robbery in The Woodlands Mall Parking Lot

On the evening of November 15, 2023, at approximately 7:15 pm, deputies from District 6, The Woodlands Township Division, responded to an Aggravated Robbery call at the Macy’s parking lot in The Woodlands Mall. Three suspects approached a vehicle, brandishing a firearm, and forcibly took the vehicle along with the victims’ purses and belongings.

Subsequent investigations by the Homicide and Violent Crimes Division revealed a fourth individual’s involvement in the robbery, operating a separate vehicle from the scene. The stolen vehicle and the victims’ property were later discovered in an abandoned lot in Houston.

The suspects are described as four black males. One of them, pictured below, was wearing a white tank top and grey pants. The suspect vehicle, also shown below, is a small grey four-door sedan.

Authorities urge anyone with information leading to the identification of these suspects to contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at 936-760-5800, option 3. Alternatively, individuals can provide anonymous tips by reaching out to Multi-County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-392-STOP [7867] and referring to case #23A338180.

In light of this incident, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office emphasizes the importance of personal safety. They remind citizens to remain vigilant of their surroundings in parking lots, suggesting the option to request a security guard escort if feeling unsafe. Additionally, the public is advised to lock all doors and refrain from leaving valuables in vehicles, even for brief periods.
