Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Captures Three Top 10 Fugitives

Authorities have successfully arrested three individuals listed among Montgomery County’s Top 10 fugitives in separate operations conducted by law enforcement agencies.
On January 27, 2025, Deputy Specialists from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Operations Division apprehended 33-year-old Travis Nickerson on felony family violence warrants. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and is being held without bond.
On January 28, 2025, Specialists from the Tactical Operations Division under Homeland Command arrested 33-year-old Printel Vellon on felony warrants for Online Solicitation of a Minor. Vellon remains confined in the Montgomery County Jail.
That same day, the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force—comprised of personnel from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Conroe Police Department, and U.S. Marshals—arrested 47-year-old Rakana Leron Mixon on felony Sexual Assault of a Child warrants. Mixon was taken into custody in Pasadena, Texas, and is currently confined in the Pasadena City Jail, awaiting extradition to Montgomery County.
