Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure at Summerwood Area Gym

On February 13, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a call regarding indecent exposure at a gym in the Summerwood area, specifically in the 12500 block of Timber Forest Drive. Upon arrival, deputies located the suspect identified as 24-year-old Cortney Montgomery.

Following an investigation, authorities found evidence on video surveillance showing Montgomery engaging in inappropriate behavior (sexually touching himself) at the community gym while women worked out.

Montgomery was subsequently arrested and taken into custody. He has been charged with indecent exposure and is being held at the Harris County Jail. His bond has been set at $1,000.00 by County Court 11.
