Cypress Disturbance Call Leads to Arrest for Supplying Marijuana to a Minor
On January 5, 2024, Constable Mark Herman’s Office deputies were dispatched to the 11800 block of Grant Road in Cypress, TX, in response to a disturbance. Upon arrival, they identified a 51-year-old male, Jason Gordon, as the individual involved.
Subsequent investigation uncovered that Gordon had provided marijuana to a minor. Child Protective Services were notified, and the details of the case were shared with them. The minor was subsequently released to a guardian present at the scene.
Jason Gordon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Delivery of Marijuana to a Minor.
