Stolen iPhone and iPad Recovered, Two Suspects Arrested in Harris County

On January 2, 2024, deputies from Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s office responded to a reported theft in the 3200 block of Crossfell Road in Spring, TX. The stolen items, an iPhone and iPad, were tracked to this location. Upon arrival, two suspects were found, with one initially providing false identification.

The suspects were later identified as 28-year-old Devante West, currently out on a $1,500 bond for Auto Theft, and 19-year-old Justice Conner. Both were in possession of the stolen items, which had been taken from a vehicle overnight. The Constable Deputies returned the items to the owner and proceeded to arrest West and Conner on charges of Theft.

West faces an additional charge of Failure to Identify, and his total bond was set at $10,000 by the 174th District Court and County Court 9. Justice Conner’s bond has not been set as of now. Both suspects were booked into the Harris County Jail.
