Woman Arrested for Inhaling Nitrous Oxide
On December 20, 2023, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office swiftly responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 27000 block of Northwest Freeway in Houston.
Upon arrival, law enforcement officers discovered a vehicle discreetly parked behind a local business. The driver, identified as 31-year-old Thi Pham, was found inhaling a balloon until it deflated. A subsequent investigation uncovered that Pham was in possession of three cold-to-the-touch bottles of Nitrous Oxide.
In connection with the incident, Thi Pham was arrested and later booked into the Harris County Jail. She now faces charges of Inhalant Paraphernalia – Nitrous Oxide, with her bond set at $100.00 out of County Court 15.
