Aggravated Robbery Suspect in Spring Captured After Intentional Vehicle Collision

Harris County Constable Deputies successfully apprehended an aggravated robbery suspect during their holiday initiative.

On December 15, 2023 a deputy responded to the Corner Market fuel station in the 23300 block of Aldine Westfield Road in Spring, TX. The call was in reference to two males robbing the store at gunpoint.

The deputy attempted to stop the suspect’s vehicle, but the driver struck him with the vehicle as he fled the scene. The second suspect fled on foot.

Constable Deputies located the suspect vehicle and the driver identified as 31-year-old Kenneth Okoeguale.

Okoeguale was arrested and is charged with Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer, and Felony Evading arrest in a motor vehicle. His bond was set at $175,000.

The investigation continues to identify the second suspect that fled on foot.
