Driver Runs Red Light Causing Fatal Crash at North Eldridge Parkway

Authorities are currently investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 4300 North Eldridge Parkway around 1:40 a.m. on Sunday, December 10.

The victim, a 26-year-old male, tragically lost his life in the incident. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences is pending verification of the victim’s identity.

According to a witness, the male driver was operating a silver Nissan Sentra, heading southbound at the specified address. The witness reported that the driver ran a red light, resulting in a collision with a white Ford F-150 pickup truck traveling westbound on Clay Road.

Emergency medical services responded promptly, transporting the 26-year-old male to Memorial Hermann – Texas Medical Center. Unfortunately, doctors at the medical center pronounced him deceased.

The occupants of the Ford, a 43-year-old male driver, and a 20-year-old female passenger, sustained injuries but were transported to a local hospital in stable conditions.
