Baytown Man Arrested in Connection with Fatal Stabbing of His Brother

The Baytown Police Department has apprehended 41-year-old John Bueno of Baytown in connection with a stabbing incident that resulted in the death of a 32-year-old male resident.

The arrest was made following a distress call received on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at around 7 pm. Officers swiftly responded to the call, dispatching them to a residence in Baytown. Upon arrival, they discovered the lifeless body of the victim, identified as a 32-year-old Baytown resident.

Baytown EMS arrived at the scene promptly and conducted a time of death assessment. Subsequently, John Bueno, identified as the brother of the deceased, was charged with Murder in connection with the incident.

The investigation is currently ongoing, with Baytown detectives actively pursuing all leads and evidence related to the case. The results of the autopsy report are pending.
