CONROE, TX — A Montgomery County cybercrime investigation has culminated in the arrest of an 18-year-old accused of using an artificial intelligence program on his cell phone to strip the clothing from public social media photos of underage local girls.

Alexander Marban, of Conroe, was arrested at his home on Thursday, May 28, 2026. He faces five second-degree felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography and an additional drug charge.

AI Weaponized to Target Minors Online

The investigation was launched earlier this month by Montgomery County Constable Precinct 3 Ryan Gable’s Criminal Investigations Division. Cybercrime detectives discovered that Marban was systematically harvesting public profile pictures of underage females from mainstream social media platforms.

According to investigators, Marban routed those real photographs through a mobile AI-generation program to digitally remove the minors’ clothing. The resulting “deepfake” images seamlessly combined the real faces of the underage victims with fully nude, AI-generated bodies from the neck down.

Equipped with a digital search warrant, Precinct 3 detectives raided Marban’s Conroe residence. Digital forensic analysts performed an immediate triage of his seized electronic devices, recovering a cache of the AI-altered media. Prosecutors established that Marban generated and manipulated the files with the explicit criminal intent to possess Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Multiple Felonies and Local Search for Victims

During the physical search of the property, deputies also uncovered illicit narcotics. Alongside the five child pornography counts, Marban was booked on a state jail felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine). He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Because Marban pulled his source material from public social media profiles, detectives believe there are likely several other underage girls in the Montgomery County area who do not yet realize their public images were targeted and digitally exploited.

The Constable’s Office is treating the investigation as highly active and is appealing directly to the community for help identifying further targets.

“Constable Gable and his personnel remain committed to identifying and prosecuting those who seek to harm and exploit children,” the department stated.

Anyone with information regarding Marban, his known online handles, or suspicious digital activity is urged to call Precinct 3 detectives directly at 281-364-4211, or submit an anonymous online tip via the Montgomery County Constable Pct. 3 Website.
