Two Montgomery County Men Arrested in Separate Child Pornography Investigations

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — Two Montgomery County men have been arrested following separate child pornography investigations conducted by the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Authorities said the investigations began in May 2026 after Sgt. Serratt with the ICAC unit received two separate cyber tips alleging individuals were in possession of child pornography.

Investigators developed evidence in both cases and obtained arrest warrants for the suspects.

On May 13, 2026, deputies arrested Trey Hubbard of Montgomery, Texas. He was charged with Possession of Child Pornography, a third-degree felony under Texas law.

On May 15, 2026, Christopher Cooke of the Willis/Conroe area was arrested during a traffic stop conducted by the Ellis County Sheriff’s Department. He was also charged with Possession of Child Pornography, a third-degree felony.

Officials said both investigations remain active and are being coordinated with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
