Woman Pulls Gun on Employee at Humble Restaurant After Refusing to Pay Bill

HUMBLE, Texas — Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office are investigating an aggravated assault that occurred Monday at a restaurant in the Humble area.

Authorities said deputies responded May 18, 2026, to Iza Robata Ramen in the 15900 block of Woodland Hills Drive following reports of a disturbance.

According to the preliminary investigation, a woman became disorderly after allegedly refusing to pay her bill and breaking a high chair inside the business.

Investigators said when an employee instructed the woman to leave, she allegedly displayed a firearm and threatened the complainant before fleeing the scene.

Officials described the suspect only as a Black female.

The investigation remains ongoing.
