Porter Man Arrested for Aggravated Sexual Assault of 2-Year-Old

PORTER, Texas – A 40-year-old resident of Porter faces two first-degree felony charges after investigators uncovered disturbing video evidence of the sexual assault of a toddler, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) announced.
On January 16, 2026, deputies responded to a residence in Porter regarding a report of child sexual assault. Patrol units secured the scene and called in the MCSO Special Victims Unit (SVU) for support.
Through an extensive on-scene investigation, including the execution of multiple search warrants with assistance from the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, SVU detectives recovered video footage that allegedly depicts the sexual assault of a 2-year-old child. The suspect was identified as Victor L. Corey Paillet III.
Paillet was arrested and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Promotion of Child Pornography, both first-degree felonies. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail, where he remains held without bond.
Investigators determined that Paillet has connections to the Houston area and Louisiana. He may also be known by the aliases “Kandy Red” or “Kandy Red Bread.” Some reports indicate Paillet was recognized in local online communities under the “Kandy Red Bread” moniker, previously associated with car culture or social media activity in the region.
Authorities believe there may be additional victims based on information gathered during the investigation. The MCSO is urging anyone with knowledge about Victor Paillet, his activities, or any related sexual offenses to come forward.
