Dangerous Dump Truck Road Rage Ends with Arrest on SH 99

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – On Thursday night, November 20, 2025, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Deputies responded to a hazardous road rage incident involving two dump trucks on SH 99 between Mueschke and US 290.

The trucks were reportedly engaged in aggressive driving along the westbound mainlanes, creating a serious threat to other motorists. Deputies quickly caught up to the vehicles, closed lanes to protect the public, and brought the situation under control.

During the investigation, both drivers were detained. One male suspect was ultimately arrested and charged with Reckless Driving.

Constable Precinct 4 officials commended their Toll Road units for their quick response and teamwork, which prevented potential injuries and safely resolved the dangerous encounter.
