Harris County Constable’s Special Operations Unit Seizes Massive Cache of Narcotics in Raid

HOUSTON, TX – On Wednesday, November 13, 2025, Constable Jerry Garcia’s Special Operations Unit executed a major search warrant at a known drug house in the 8400 block of Major Blizzard Drive near El Franco Lee Park. The operation followed a narcotics tip from a concerned resident and was supported by the U.S. Marshals Service and the DEA’s Galveston Regional Office.
Investigators had been watching the home in the Clear Brook Meadows subdivision for several weeks after reports of heavy drug activity. Their investigation produced enough evidence for a search warrant, which was signed on November 12. When deputies served the warrant the next day, the operation was completed safely and without incident.
Inside the home, deputies discovered narcotics spread throughout the residence and arrested two primary targets: 36-year-old Kenneth Wysinger and 25-year-old Mason Napoleon Douglas. A third man, 27-year-old Kashaun Ramone Pinson, was also taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for evading in a motor vehicle.

The search turned up a large quantity of illegal drugs, including roughly 350 grams of Xanax, 1,000 grams of Adderall, 1,800 grams of hydrocodone, 850 grams of ecstasy, 250 grams of oxycodone M/30, 250 grams of fentanyl, 250 grams of carisoprodol (Soma), 200 grams of crystal meth, and several other substances. Deputies also seized six firearms and about $10,000 in cash.
After his arrest, Wysinger agreed to lead investigators to additional narcotics at an apartment he was leasing. That search yielded another sizable haul: 100 grams of Xanax, 100 grams of Adderall, 350 grams of oxycodone M/30, 50 grams of hydrocodone, 12 grams of Soma, 150 grams of cocaine, 20 grams of crystal meth, and other evidence tied to the case.
Wysinger and Douglas were each charged with three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute. Wysinger’s bond was set at $750,000, while Douglas’ bond was set at $220,000. Pinson was booked on his outstanding warrant.
Constable Garcia thanked the U.S. Marshals Service, the DEA Galveston Regional Office, and all deputies involved for their work on the operation.
