Five Arrested, Two Children Removed from Unsafe Home in Splendora

SPLENDORA, Texas—Deputies with the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office arrested five adults on Friday, August 29, after serving a warrant at a residence in the 14000 block of Half Circle.

Due to what authorities described as unsafe living conditions and the presence of narcotics, Child Protective Services (CPS) was called to the scene and placed two children in the custody of family members.

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail:

  • Calbert Blevins, 31, of Conroe, for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
  • Johnny Willis, 27, of Splendora, for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
  • Sean Rogers, 36, of Splendora, for Felony Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle (Harris County warrant).
  • Shane Millican, 44, of Coldspring, for a Felony Blue Warrant (Parole Violation).
  • Ezra DelCastillo, 25, of Spring, for a Felony Warrant (Montgomery County).

“Serving warrants is part of the job—but making sure kids are safe is always the priority,” said Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden. “Our deputies secured the scene, removed drugs from the home, and worked with CPS to get those children to a safer place.”
